Chad is an Ohio native and after growing up on Lake Erie, relocated to Lake Norman with his wife and two daughters in 2013. With a degree in Construction Management, Chad spent 20 years in all facets of construction from residential to commercial to land development, highways and bridges. Chad still enjoys rolling up his sleeves to flip homes and has a keen eye for a home's true potential.
